Refunds
1. Refund will be processed within 14 business days once we receive your returned item and verify its condition.
2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please contact us if the refund is not received within 14 business days.
Order Cancellation
1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has been processed and shipped by Amazon.

3. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can still request a return or replacement under our 1-year policy.
Replacements
1. If your item is eligible for replacement, we will ship a new product at no extra cost to you.

3. Shipping for the replacement is also free.
